Israel’s bombardment of Gaza has intensified after the military said it was “expanding operations” into the territory. Hamas says its fighters have confronted Israeli troops in various locations.
International media and aid agencies say they lost contact with staff in Gaza amid a near-total communications blackout.

Just wanted to say this slaughter of people in Gaza by Israel is terrible. Israel is commiting murder on a grand scale, while the West turn their heads away. These images of dead and injured Palestine children is heartbreaking.

Apart from the fact that hundreds of innocent men,women and children were murdered, the BBC reports do not report the true nature of the attack by Israel in the above headline.An Israeli air strike is reported to have killed dozens of people at Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
